| A impressive crowd of 4,366 braved the cold December weather to watch an evenly-matched contest at Welford Road but it was Warriors and Oduoza who took the spoils to move up the Northern Conference table.
The impressive Vavue Tuilagi crossed for the game's opening try inside the first three minutes and Ian Humphreys added the extras for a 7-0 lead to Tigers.
Warriors struck back on eight minutes when Oduoza blazed past several tacklers to score and narrow the lead to 7-5.
Humphreys kicked his first penalty, after Worcester had brought down a Tigers lineout with 11 minutes on the clock, but it was the Warriors who registered the next try when Oduoza again crashed over after a forward surge.
Joe Carlisle registered his first points of the night with a penalty at the mid-point of the first half before another effort, after a stunning counter-attack, saw Worcester edge further ahead. A second penalty from Humphreys closed the gap to 16-13 at the interval.
The home side regained the lead when centre Andrew Forsyth bashed over but inspired Warriors were not to be denied.
A snap drop goal from Carlisle saw Worcester edge back in front with an hour played before Charlie Fellows added a third try when he intercepted and tore in to complete a thrilling victory.
