The club sits on a 65 acre site with over 1000 car parking spaces. We have various lounge areas, bars, hospitality suites and also a sizeable indoor training centre which is the only one of its kind in the country. 1. Reservations should be made by telephoning our Sales Department on 01905 454183
Our office is open from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

2. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for 14 days pending receipt of written confirmation and the appropriate deposit.

3. Bookings not paid in full by 14 days prior to the event will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will be retained at Worcester Warriors.

4. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending, or at Worcester Warriors discretion.

5. Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment.

6. All events and timings are subject to approval by the local licensing authorities.

7. All statutory licensing regulations apply.

8. Tables of 10 or 12 are exclusive, subject to booking lesser numbers, parties may be required to join others.

9. The information in this brochure is correct at the time of printing. The club reserves the right to amend its packages and prices at any time before booking.

10. Bookings are subject to availability and prices quoted at the time of booking.

11. Worcester Warriors reserves the right to alter or amend the contents of an event or to cancel an event for any reason, for example if there’s a shortfall in the minimum numbers required to operate a programme. In such circumstances you may choose at your sole discretion an alternative date and/or venue, subject to availability, or obtain a full refund from us.

12. Some of our dishes may contain ingredients that could cause an allergic reaction. Guests subject to allergies are advised to check beforehand so that alternative ingredients or dishes can be provided.

13. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. If the general rate of VAT is altered, our prices will be modified accordingly. Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.

14. Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you is limited to the price of your booking.

15. Worcester Warriors will not be liable to you for failure to perform to the extent that the failure as caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.

16. Please address any comments to the Commercial Director in writing within 14 days of the event.

17. A no smoking policy exists in all areas of the stadium complex.
