Kick Off 7pm

The IRB's new experimental law variations will take effect in teh Northern hemisphere from August 2008.  These will be explained and compared to the old lay by the use of power point presentation and DVD clips.  The 13 changes will be covered one law at a time, allowing for open discussion on the implications they might have for the players, referees and the general pattern of the game.   It is expected that this seminar will run for approximately two and a half hours, including a comfort break, starting at 7.30pm and ending no later than 10.30pm.   The bar will be open and the evening will include chilli and rice.
